Ah the Medium Roast, otherwise known as: Regular Roast, American Roast, City Roast and Breakfast Roast.
The beans that make up our roast originate from Colombia and are roasted beyond the first crack and just before the second crack. This leaves a medium brown color with more body than the light roasts and more caffeine than the darker roasts.
Some have tasted hints of Brazil nut, grapefruit and oak while enjoying a freshly brewed cup.
