Originating from Central and South America, these beans are roasted to or beyond the second crack which brings with it a new range of aroma and flavor.  Some of which are Brown sugar, hazelnut, and plum.

If you haven't heard of Medium-Dark before, you may know it by one of it's other names; Full-City Roast, After Dinner Roast or Vienna Roast.
